食管癌术后肠内营养常见并发症原因分析及护理

     摘要:目的食管癌术后早期肠内营养并发症的观察及原因分析,制定护理对策,提高了肠内营养护理质量。方法通过对200例食管癌术后早期肠内营养并发症的观察总结并分析原因。结果术后早期给予肠内营养,发生并发症87例(43.5%),其中腹泻35例(40.2%)、腹胀24 例(27.6%)、恶心呕吐8例(9.2%)、腹痛14例(16.1% )、脱管2 例(2.3%)、拔管困难例1(1.1%)、堵管3 例(3.4%)。结论导致肠内营养并发症原因较多及时发现并解决能提高了肠内营养护理质量,使肠内营养得以顺利进行。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the reasons and postoperative complications of early enteral nutrition analysis, development of nursing strategies to improve the quality of care for enteral nutrition. Methods200 cases of early postoperative enteral nutrition complications observed summarize and analyze the reasons. ResultsEarly postoperative enteral nutrition, complications 87 cases (43.5%), including 35 cases of diarrhea (40.2%), abdominal distension 24 cases (27.6%), nausea and vomiting, 8 cases (9.2%), abdominal pain (14 cases 16.1%), detached 2 cases (2.3%), extubation difficulties in Example 1 (1.1%), plugging three cases (3.4%). Conclusion Complications of enteral nutrition leads to more promptly identify and resolve enteral nutrition can improve the quality of care that enteral nutrition can proceed smoothly. ......
