摘要：目的提高中层干部OA公告每周阅读率。方法QC小组活动。结果中层干部OA公告每周阅读率由活动前的24.33%提高到56.51%，达到了活动目标。结论本次活动有效提高中层干部OA公告每周阅读率，提升了中层干部执行力，提高了医院信息化程度。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo Improve the middle-level cadres OA bulletin weekly reading rate. Methods QC group activeties. ResultsThe middle-level cadres OA bulletin weekly reading rate increased from 24.33% to 56.51% before the event.ConclusionThis activity can effectively improve the middle-level cadres OA bulletin weekly reading rate, improve the executive ability of middle level cadres, improve the hospital informationization.
