摘要：目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病患者24 h动态血压(ABPM)波动规律及范围，为治疗提供依据。方法对105例妊娠高血压疾病患者(实验组)与100例健康孕妇(对照组)进行24 h动态血压监测，分析血压变异性及昼夜节律的变化。结果实验组以非杓型节律和反杓型节律为主，对照组以非杓型节律和杓型节律为主，两组比较有显著差异。结论24 h血压波动规律及范围，对妊娠高血压疾病患者诊断及治疗有重要意义。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension disease (ABPM) variation rule and range, provide the basis for treatment.
