摘要：目的探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝的小切口手术方法。方法回顾分析我院2010年10月～2013年9月经外环行小切口小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术128例临床资料。结果128例患儿全部治愈，平均手术时间 16 min，平均住院时间3.2 d，术后早期阴囊水肿6例，无其他并发症，所有病例均得到随访3个月～1年，复发2 例。结论本手术方法有微创、切口小、副损伤及手术并发症少、手术时间短、术后恢复快、住院费用低、手术疤痕不明显等优点，是一种安全可靠的手术方法。

    Clinical Experience on the Treatment of Indirect Inguinal Hernia in Children with Minimal Access Surgery

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the methods of minimal access surgery for the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children. MethodsA total of 128 children (from the October of 2010 to the September of 2013) with indirect inguinal hernia were given the high ligation of the hernia sac through the external ring incision. The clinical data of the subjects were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAll subjects were all cured, and the average operation time was 16 minutes, and the average hospital stay was 3.2 days. Early postoperative scrotal edema was observed in six subjects, and on other complication was recorded. All subjects were followed up for 3-12 months, and only 2 subjects had recurrence. ConclusionThis minimal access surgery is minimally invasive with a range of advantages: small incision, less complications, short operation time, rapid postoperative recovery, low cost of hospitalization, and implicit operation scars.
