溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响探讨

摘要：目的探讨和分析溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。方法对我院2013年3~5月收集的124份溶血血液标本和正常体验者的血液标本进行分析，对各生化检验项目进行对比分析，探讨溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。结果溶血组的GIU、ALP等指标明显低于对照组，而ALT、AST、CHOL、TBIL、TP、UA、ALB等指标明显高于对照组，两组生化指标检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶血现象对临床生化检验项目有明显的干扰和影响，临床生化检验工作中，应采取相应的措施预防和避免标本溶血的发生。
