中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

摘要：目的 观察中西医药结合治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法 采用对照研究，治疗组133例反流性食管炎患者采用自拟清肝降胃汤+奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗1个疗程，对照组97例采用纯西药治疗予奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗1个疗程。结果 治疗组完全治愈与有效率较对照组显著为优。结论 采用中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎效果明显，疗效满意。
