摘要：目的 探讨Ⅰ期切除吻合术治疗结肠癌肠梗阻的作用。方法 回顾性分析48例结肠癌肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果 48例患者均行Ⅰ期切除吻合术，1例患者出现吻合口漏(1/48,占2.0%)，切口感染6例(6/48，占12.5%)，死亡1例(1/48，占2.0%)。结论 Ⅰ期切除吻合术治疗结肠癌梗阻患者是安全可靠的，且吻合口漏发生率较低。

I Stage Resection and Anastomosis in the Treatment of Clinical Observation of 48 Cases of Colon Cancer Obstruction.

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study one-stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of colon cancer obstruction effect. MethodsA retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 48 cases of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction. Results48 patients underwent one-stage resection and anastomosis, anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 patients (1/48, 2%), 6 cases of wound infection (6/48, 12.5%), 1 cases of death (1/48, 2%). ConclusionThe one-stage resection and anastomosis in the treatment of colon cancer obstruction is safe and reliable, and the incidence of anastomotic leakage in low.
