摘要：目的 探讨前列地尔治疗老年慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法 以82例老年CRF为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，观察两组治疗前后肾功能情况。结果经过治疗，观察组治疗前后24h尿蛋白总量、血尿素氮及肌酐水平变化明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)，对照组治疗前后上述指标变化不明显，差异全部没有统计学意义(P>0.05)，两组治疗后上述三个指标比较差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.001)。结论 将前列地尔用于老年慢性肾功能不全患者，对于改善患者蛋白尿、血尿素氮及肌酐水平有良好作用，值得临床进一步推广使用。
