浅谈新生儿脑损伤的早期诊断治疗和干预

摘要：目的探讨新生儿脑损伤的早期诊断、治疗以及相关的干预对疗效影响。方法回顾性分析2012年2月~2014年2月在我院住院治疗的120例新生儿脑损伤患儿，对110例患儿进行积极的早期诊断、康复治疗等，并评估患儿的治疗效果。结果CCD患儿42例，显效25例，有效14例，无效3例；发育落后患儿30例，显效15例，有效9例，无效6例；智力低下患儿20例，有效20例；脑性瘫痪10例，有效6例，无效4例；CP+MP患儿8例，有效4例，无效4例。0~1岁患儿78例，显效31例，有效39例，无效8例，总有效率89.74%；1~2岁患儿32例，显效9例，有效14例，无效9例，总有效率71.88%。结论早期诊断对新生儿脑损伤的后续治疗提供了基础，越早治疗，收效越好，值得临床推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of early diagnosis,treatment,and intervention on neonatal brain injury.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 cases of children with neonatal brain injury that enrolled in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014,in which 110 cases were subjected to early diagnosis and rehabilitation therapy,to evaluate the treatment efficacy.Results In the 42 cases of CCD children,25 cases were markedly effective,and 14 cases were markedly effective,while 3 cases were ineffective;in the 30 cases of less developed children,15 cases were with markedly effective,and 9 cases were markedly effective,while 6 cases were ineffective;all of the 20 cases of mental retardation children were effective;in the 10 cases of brain paralysis children,6 cases were markedly effective,while 4 cases were ineffective;in the 8 cases of CP + MP children,4 cases were markedly effective,while 4 cases were ineffective ......
