摘要：目的观察低温射频消融治疗孕妇鼻出血的临床疗效及推广的可行性。方法分析38例孕妇鼻出血患者在鼻内镜引导下明确出血部位，局麻后用低温射频消融直接凝固出血点或出血区域粘膜划痕凝固。结果38例患者一次止血成功35例，治愈率94.4%。结论鼻内镜下检查明确出血区，低温射频止血，具有视野清晰、止血简单彻底、操作安全方便、对正常组织损伤小、避免反复填塞损伤、痛苦外，减少并发症，值得临床推广，特别适用于基层医师。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation treatment at low temperature on pregnant women nasal bleeding and the feasibility of the promotion.MethodsAnalysis of 38 patients with pregnant women nasal bleeding under nasal endoscopy guided clearly bleeding, after anesthesia with radiofrequency ablation at low temperature direct coagulation, bleeder or bleeding area mucosa scratches.Results38 cases of patients with a bleeding success 35 cases, cure rate 94.4%.ConclusionNasal endoscopic check clear bleeding area, low temperature radio frequency (rf) bleeding, with a clear field of vision, hemostatic thoroughly, safe and convenient operation, simple small, avoid repeated filling damage to normal tissue injury and pain, reduce the complications, worthy of clinical promotion, especially suitable for the doctors. ......
