摘要：目的 就143例女性妇科健康体检情况进行分析。方法 选取我单位2009年底参加妇科体检的女性143例，主要体检项目有：妇科B超、乳房检查等项目。对已婚女性还要增加宫颈涂片检查、白带检查、盆腔检查，体检后分析异常者的病种。结果 本组女性中有39例(27.27%)检出子宫肌瘤，有46例(32.17%)检出乳腺小叶增生，已婚女性116例中，检出37例(31.90%)存在着宫颈阴道疾病。结论 女性应该坚持健康生活方式，治疗妇科疾病的重要措施就是"防治结合、预防为主"。

    Abstract：Objective143 women gynecological health situation analysis. MethodsThe units by the end of 2009 to participate in the gynecological examination of female 143 people, the main items are: gynecological B ultrasound, breast examination project. For married women to increase a cervical smear test, vaginal examination, pelvic examination, analysis of abnormal disease examination. ResultsThere are 39 people in this group of women (27.27%) detection of uterine leiomyoma, 46 (32.17%) positive breast lobular hyperplasia, 116 married women, 37 (31.90%) were detected in cervical vaginal diseases.
