摘要：目的 观察分析甲激光联合环利软膏治疗甲藓的临床疗效。方法 选择2013年1月~2014年1月于本院进行治疗的甲藓患者50例，共有病甲78个，将以上患者随机分成对照组和治疗组两组，对照组采取单纯外用环利软膏治疗，而治疗组使用YAG激光联合环利软膏法进行治疗，观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果 对照组经单纯外用环利软膏治疗后痊总有效率44.74%，显著低于激光治疗联合药物治疗后的总有效率75.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组的真菌清除率87.50%，明显高于对照组真菌清除率52.63%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲激光联合环利软膏治疗甲癣疗效显著，治疗后患者治愈的总有效率及真菌清除率均较高。
