多重耐药菌感染现状及其控制

摘要：目的监测本院多重耐药菌感染现状及分布，研究持续性干预对多重耐药菌医院感染的效果评价，为临床采取防控措施提供依据。方法监测2013年1~12月本院多重耐药菌患者958例，通过预警、督查措施落实情况、存在问题反馈等一系列干预措施，评价汇总。结果通过1年持续监测，本院收住多重耐药菌病例分布前3名科室，以中心ICU、呼吸内科、神经外科为主；常见多重耐药菌株，与国内报道比较无差异。结论进行多重耐药菌监测，能及时发现多重耐药菌科室分布情况，根据医院及科室特点，及时采取各种多重耐药菌防控措施，保护其他住院患者和医护人员的安全。
