医疗告知质量对医患纠纷发生的影响分析

摘要：目的对医疗告知质量对医患纠纷发生的影响进行分析。方法选取2010年11月~2013年11月在我院进行手术治疗患者200例，随机分为两组；常规组患者100例，进行常规医疗告知；强化组患者100例，强化医疗告知质量，对比两组患者医患纠纷的发生比例。结果强化组患者发生医患纠纷的比例、患者满意度等均显著优越于常规组，差异性明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医患纠纷均依据实际情况进行针对性的处理。结论强化医疗告知质量可减少医患纠纷的发生，提高患者满意度，提高患者对临床治疗和护理干预的知晓程度。
