     摘要：为了方便前列腺癌患者随访，向在我科进行前列腺癌随访的患者发放《前列腺癌患者临床治疗随访手册》，随访手册包括患者的基本信息，诊断结果，治疗情况，疗效评价，并由专人负责肿瘤患者数据库的建立及随访患者的管理。就目前的随访结果而言，随访手册的确在督促患者随访，明确随访流程，简化随访程序，缩短门诊随访时间等方面起到了一定作用，提高了患者随访的积极性，值得在以后的前列腺癌随访中进行推广。
