摘要：PICC是指经外周静脉，包括贵要静脉、肘正中静脉和头静脉穿刺插管的中心静脉导管。通常用于为患者提供中长期的静脉治疗、输注高渗性和有刺激性的药物，治疗间歇期只需维护1次/7d，大大降低工作量，同时显著提高患者的生活质量。本文将对PICC置管并发症的护理方法改进进行研究。

    Abstract： PICC refers to the peripheral vein, including basilic vein, median cubital vein and cephalic vein catheterization. Typically used to provide patients with intravenous therapy, long-term infusion of hypertonic and stimulating drugs, treatment of intermittent period maintains only once every 7 days, greatly reduce the workload, but also improve the quality of life of patients. The home nursing methods of PICC complications were discussed.
