摘要：目的探讨分级管理在手术室护生带教中的作用。方法通过建立护士层级管理模式，制订岗位职责，并且制定有效的排班系统，以此对手术室护士进行有效的管理。结果手术室护士的护理服务质量和对待工作的态度得到明显提高，护士本身的专业知识得到了明显的提高。结论通过手术室分级带教管理，加强了带教老师的责任心，激励护生努力做好护理工作，优化手术室护理专业的护理人力资源，提高护理工作效率，从而提高整体护理服务质量。
