摘要：根据我科住院实际情况，通过质控项目小组实施护理质量持续改进、提升护理服务质量，对原有护理服务方式不断进行改进和拓展，竭力为患者提供全程、全面、优质的护理服务，获得患者的认同和满意。提升了护理整体队伍素质，提升了专科护理服务质量。
