摘要：精神科夜间护理有其特殊性、正确处理夜间护理工作存在的问题，利用成功的经验可以取得事半功倍的效果。本文探讨精神科夜间护理工作特点和存在的问题及相应的改进措施，通过相应的改进措施有效提高精神科夜间护理工作质量，最大限度的维护医院及患者的利益。

    Abstract：Psychiatric care at night has its particularity, correctly handle the night nursing problems, use the successful experience can get twice the result with half the effort. This paper discusses psychiatric night nursing characteristics and the existing problems and the corresponding improvement measures, effectively improve the psychiatric night nursing quality through the corresponding improvement measures, to maximize the maintenance of hospital and patients benefit.
