摘要：为了提高病案书写质质量，建立严密的病案质量全程监控管理系统，实行病案质量自我控质、监督控制和终末控制，运用PDCA法做到逐级负责，把监控结果以质量简报的形式反馈到院级网络和所有科室，并同时在院周会上通报。使病案质量重心从终末质量转移到环节质监控上来。

    Using PDCA Method to Control the Quality of Medical Record Link, Strengthen the Process Control Management
