摘要：目的针对高危药品管理中出现的问题，探讨高危药品管理的有效措施，规避高危药品的高风险性，保证患者的用药安全。方法通过我院在高危药品知识培训、制度制定、目录帅选、操作流程等各环节执行情况的回顾，对高危药品在各环节管理中出现的问题进行探讨。结果通过探讨，提出了高危药品管理制度法制化的必要性，从药品生产、经营、使用、监督等各环节建立高危药品管理制度，切实加强高危药品的管理。结论在我院管理高危药品过程中出现的问题的解决，完善了高危药品的管理制度，提高了管理质量，有效防止高危药品在使用中的错误，减少差错事故的发生，提高用药安全性。

    Abstract： ObjectiveAiming at the problems in the management of high-risk drugs, to explore effective measures for management of high-risk drugs, high risk aversion of high-risk drugs, ensure the drug safety of patients. MethodsTo review the implementation of each link through our hospital in high-risk drug knowledge training, system establishment, directory select, operation flow, carries on the discussion to the high-risk drugs in each link of management problems. ResultsThrough the study, puts forward the necessity of legal risk of drug management system, establishment of high-risk drug management system from all aspects of drug production, management, use, supervision, strengthen risk management of drugs.
