浅谈我院抗菌药物管理(1)

摘要：目的 分析我院临床抗菌药物使用情况，探讨临床抗菌药物合理管理途径。方法 采用回顾分析方法，对我院2010年1月~2013年12月临床抗菌药物使用情况按照住院患者抗菌药物使用率，DDDs，Ⅰ类切口预防用药使用率，门诊抗菌药物使用率，急诊抗菌药物处方比例、抗菌药物使用和分级使用情况进行分析研究。结果我院4年来住院患者抗菌药物使用率连续下降29.57个百分点，AUD值下降20.60个百分点，Ⅰ类切口预防使用率下降39.40个百分点，门诊抗菌药物使用率上升23.29个百分点，急诊抗菌药物处方比例下降45.7个百分点。头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、抗真菌药、糖肽类的DDDs上升，青霉素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、咪唑衍生物类的DDDDs下降，特殊使用级的DDDs呈上升趋势。结论 搞好合理应用抗菌药物管理，必须建立切实可行的制度，加强监管、督导、考核，加强医患沟通。
