摘要：目的 通过门户网站为居民提供挂号预约、停诊实时告知、检查报告查询。方法 在门户网站建立各类服务功能，其数据源采用加密、校验的方法通过串口通信进行内外网数据交换，实现数据同步。结果 访客可在门户网站挂号预约、报告查询等功能，而且交易数量逐年增加。结论 通过串口通信实现内外网数据的交换，通信速度较快、内网数据安全，可以建立满意的医患服务信息平台，具有重要的社会和经济效益。
