宫颈涂片对宫颈癌筛查的价值

摘要：目的 对宫颈涂片在宫颈癌的筛查方面的价值做出准确评价。方法 随机抽取近两年时间里在我院就诊的，通过宫颈图片技术对宫颈癌进行筛查的患者病例243例，均做宫颈刮片图片。结果 镜检结果显示没有检测到异型细胞，即为阴性者有211例；检测到异型细胞的可疑病例32例，其中有13例检测到恶性细胞，经病理检查结果显示，13例恶性细胞前病变以鳞癌为主。结论 宫颈涂片技术在宫颈癌筛选的准确率很高，有利于临床对症状的尽早确诊，有效地减少了误诊现象的出现，值得临床使用和推广。
