摘要：目的 探讨B超诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤的方法及临床价值。方法 回顾性分析166例妇科盆腔肿瘤患者的B超诊断资料。结果 B超诊断盆腔肿瘤的符合率为89.16 %(148/166)，B超诊断盆腔恶性肿瘤的符合率为64.00%(32/50)。结论 B超诊断妇科盆腔肿瘤有着诸多优势，并且准确率高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the method and clinical value of B ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 166 cases of patients with pelvic tumor B ultrasound diagnostic data. Results B ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic tumor coincidence rate was 89.16% (148/166)， B ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic malignant tumor coincidence rate was 64% (32/50). Conclusion B ultrasound diagnosis of gynecologic pelvic tumor has a lot of advantages， and the accuracy rate is high.
