摘要：通过对慢性肺源性心脏病患者的病情观察及护理措施进行总结归纳，旨在强调只有加强肺心病的病情观察分析，加强对患者的生活、精神、饮食以及心理等方面进行有效的指导及护理，才能对改善患者病情，降低病死率起到促进的作用。

    Abstract：Through observation and nursing measures on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease patients are summarized， to emphasize that only strengthen pulmonary heart disease observation analysis， strengthening the life， spirit， diet and psychological aspects of the patient guidance and effective nursing care， to improve the patient's condition， reduce the mortality rate to promote the role.
