摘要：目的 探讨超普疝修补装置(UHS)在腹股沟疝修补术中的方法及效果。方法 回顾性分析2011年4月～2013年5月本诊疗小组采用UHS行无张力修补的59例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料，所有病例行UHS疝修补时上层补片均未予以缝合固定。结果 59例共72侧腹股沟疝，平均一侧腹股沟疝手术时间为(45.5±19.6)min，围术期无死亡病例，术后出现阴囊血肿1例共2侧，切口下血肿1例，切口周围青紫2例共4侧，局部异物感8例9侧，无切口感染。随访7～24个月，无复发病例，3个月后局部异物感1例共2侧，3个月后有慢性疼痛1例。结论 USH在腹股沟疝修补术中可以不予缝合固定上层补片，其治疗效果确切，术后远期局部异物感及慢性疼痛发生率令人满意。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the method and effect of tension-free hernia repair with application of ultrapro hernia system(UHS)in inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 59 patients of inguinal hernia underwent tension-free hernia repair with UHS during the period from April 2011 to May 2013.
