摘要：目的 对家庭医生助手在社区高血压患者管理中的效果进行评估。方法 通过对本社区100例重点组高血压患者进行2年的随访管理，运用护理指导和健康教育，对患者的服药的依从性进行管理同时对患者的血压进行监测，运用优良、尚可、不良对患者每个管理年的血压控制情况进行评估。结果 本社区2012、2013年高血压患者的服药依从为98%、血压控制情况呈上增趋势。结论 家庭医生助手有助于社区高血压患者的随访管理，提高的患者规律服药的依从性，促进其改善生活方式和饮食习惯，帮助其控制血压。
