摘要：目的 探讨骨科临床护理中老年患者护理风险的应用。方法 选取我科收治的90例骨科老年患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，各45例，对照组采用一般护理管理，实验组根据分析评估护理风险发生的相关因素，实施干预对策。结果 实施有效的干预对策减少了护理安全隐患，降低了护理不良事件的发生，患者满意度提高。结论 切实可行的防范措施，可有效调动了护理人员的主动服务，满足患者治疗需求的同时体现以患者为中心，提高医疗护理质量，确保患者安全。

    Abstract： Objective To study the application of nursing risk management for orthopedic elderly patients.
