摘要：本文采用回顾性分析法对本科近年来行纤支镜及支气管肺泡灌洗吸痰的16例患者的临床资料进行分析，总结对他们采用的护理方法，评价护理效果。结论：要想使纤支镜及支气管肺泡灌洗吸痰患者得到最佳的吸痰效果，就要求操作者具有娴熟的技术、注意术中密切观察与配合、熟练掌握术中监护技术。
