摘要：目的 探讨情志护理联合西医护理在可吸收钉结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折中的护理效果。方法 本次研究的77例行可吸收钉结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折患者均为我院在2014年7月～2015年4月期间收治，将其依据护理方法的不同分为观察组39例和对照组38例，观察组实施情志护理联合西医护理，对照组患者只进行西医护理。结果 观察组并发症发生率、护理依从度均优于对照组，其比较有显著差异(均P<0.01)。结论 情志护理联合西医护理在可吸收钉结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折中的护理效果显著，患者护理依从度高，并发症少。
