摘要：问卷从知、情、行三个层面组织，旨在了解地州级医院临床医师医学人文关怀内涵及践行情况，为医学类高职高专履行职能提供一定依据。

    Abstract：The questionnaire is organized by three levels from cognitions ， affections and behaviors， which is aimed at understanding connotation of medical humanities care and practicing situation of clinicians in the prefecture-level hospitals，so that it could provide some basis to perform its functions.in medical vocational schools .
