摘要：目的 探究外伤性肝脾破裂的治疗方法，提高外伤性肝脾破裂的治疗水平。方法 对我院2012年1月～2015年1月收治的290例外伤性肝脾破裂患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 290例外伤性肝脾破裂患者，288例痊愈，2例死亡。采取非手术治疗32例，手术治疗258例。结论 立足于外伤性肝脾破裂患者的具体病情，科学合理地选择治疗方法，既有利于提升治疗效率、减少并发症率与死亡率，还利于患者脾脏功能的保留，促进患者早日康复。
