摘要：儿童股骨头坏死，又称股骨头骨骺软骨炎、股骨头无菌性坏死或扁平髋。是儿童常见的原因不明的软骨病，多发于2～12岁儿童，以退行性变或坏死开始，继后出现再生或重新钙化，最终出现股骨头的坏死。
