摘要：目的 探究卵巢肿瘤MRI诊断的价值和方法。方法 随机选取2014年1月～2015年6月在我院经手术和病理证实的40例卵巢肿瘤患者的MRI资料，并与病理结果相对比。结果 在术前经MRI扫描诊断，40例患者中良性肿瘤为23例，恶性肿瘤为17例；手术后的诊断结果和术前的MRI结果一致。MRI对卵巢肿瘤的诊断较为准确、合理。结论 MRI诊断技术可以明确的观察出肿瘤的大小、形态、良恶性等，具有较强的分辨率，应用价值比较高。
