摘要：目的 对颅脑外伤脑梗塞的诊治进行分析探讨。方法 对我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的18例颅脑外伤后脑梗塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 不同原因死亡4例，14例均成活，其中，植物状态生存1例，重残2例，中残4例，恢复良好7例，随访4个月～4年，植物状态生存1例2个月后死亡，其余14例神经功能均有不同程度恢复。结论 外伤性脑梗塞致死率比较高，早期诊断和早期治疗对患者的恢复非常重要，也是提高疗效有效保证。
