摘要：目的 观察中西医结合康复护理与常规康复护理对脑卒中患者的功能改善和日常生活能力的影响。方法 将119例脑卒中患者分为常规护理组(对照组)和中西医结合康复护理组(实验组)，对照组接受常规治疗和基础康复护理，实验组除以上还接受中西医结合康复护理，比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后1、3个月的上下肢功能及ADL评分。结果 两组患者治疗前后P<0.01，均具有显著性差异，实验组和对照组在治疗后1个月与3个月，分别为P<0.05和P<0.01，具有显著性差异。结论 可以认为实验组在改善脑卒中患者上下肢功能及日常生活能力优于对照组。
