摘要：目的 探讨老年人股骨颈骨折的手术期的护理工作。方法 对30例老年人股骨颈骨折患者进行护理工作。结果 患者术后在医护人员的精心治疗和护理下痊愈出院。1例并发坠积性肺炎，经对症治疗后痊愈。结论 本组患者全部采用手术治疗，平均住院日25 d，切口一期愈合。患者术后在医护人员的精心治疗和护理下痊愈出院。1例并发坠积性肺炎，经对症治疗后 痊 愈。
