老年慢阻肺患者社区护理效果分析

摘要：目的 通过实施社区护理，提高老年COPD患者生活质量、提高其福度指数。方法 对300例患者进行知、信、行三方面的社区宣教，对患者在干预前后分别进行调查，问卷行统计学分析。结果 患者疾病知识了解程度、服务满意度及幸福度得分都有所增加。结论 对老年COPD患者进行科学系统的社区护理，对提高患者生活质量起着重要作用。关键词：老年人；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；社区护理
