摘要：现代外科学在近30年里的快速发展得益于微创、微创外科、微创医学等概念和理念的提出。作者对"微创"、"微创外科"、"微创医学"的概念和内涵以及发展过程进行了深入的研究和思考，认为微创医学理念的发展对精准医学的发展具有借鉴意义。精准医学不应被简单认为是个体化医疗。精准医学应该是一个完整的医学体系，是对微创医学的继承与发展。
