摘要：目的 探讨宫腔粘连程度的相关因素及宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术的疗效。方法 对2013年12月～2015年12月在本院因宫腔粘连行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术的90例患者进行回顾性研究。结果 术前宫腔操作次数及月经异常情况与宫腔粘连的程度关系密切(P<0.05)，宫腔镜治疗的总有效率为82.2%，且其疗效与宫腔粘连的程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 宫腔粘连程度与宫腔操作次数及月经异常情况相关，并与宫腔镜手术的疗效有关。
