摘要：目的 探讨社区护理应用在老年骨质疏松性骨折中的干预效果。方法 按照随机数字法将90例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者分为2组，对照组40例实施常规护理，研究组50例在对照组基础上加用社区护理干预，对比两组效果。结果 研究组各项指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 社区护理干预应用在老年骨质疏松性骨折患者中有不错效果，可明显改善患者骨密度与生活质量，值得推广。
