摘要：国家基本药物制度是国家药物政策的基础，是促进合理用药的核心。本文基于文献研究，对我国社区卫生机构实施基本药物制度前后的用药情况及发现的问题进行分析，并据此提出针对性的意见和建议，旨在为提升合理用药水平，进一步健全国家基本药物制度提供参考。
