摘要：目的 为了规范病区备用药品管理，通过品管圈活动，降低给药发生风险几率，保障患者用药安全。方法 将品管圈应用于病区备用药品，按照品管圈活动的步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置，通过对病区备用药品存储状况和管理中存在的风险问题及发生的真正原因进行分析总结，拟定对策加以实施并对效果进行评价、讨论。结果 品管圈活动增强了药学部、医护间、护护之间的团队协作意识，提高了三者对病区备用药品的监管力度，规范了病区备用药品管理，保障患者安全。结论 品管圈应用于病区备用药品是可行的，有临床意义。
