摘要：目的 探讨选择性胆囊结石清除术治疗胆囊结石的可行性。方法 良好的治疗胆囊结石患者，胆道镜联合腹腔镜的指导下胆道取石，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 对4例胆囊炎与胆囊周围粘连腹腔镜胆囊切除术，51例成功进行胆囊取石术，随访1年，术后复发1例，复发率为1%。结论 胆道镜联合腹腔镜保胆取石术手术在治疗胆囊结石取石术是一种安全、可行、有效的微创治疗方法。
