摘要：目的 探讨米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治62例更年期功能性子宫出血患者作为观察对象，均应用米非司酮进行治疗，观察本组患者的临床疗效，对比分析治疗前后体征变化。结果 治疗后，总有效率达到95.4%，各项指标较治疗前均得到明显改善，有统计意义，P<0.05。结论 该病采取米非司酮进行治疗，疗效显著，无显著的不良反应，安全性较高，且应用简便，临床推广和应用价值重大。
