摘要：目的 探讨微创软通道血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 62例高血压脑出血患者，采用微创软通道血肿清除术进行治疗。 结果 62例均置管位置满意，术后死亡5例，其余病例随访至术后3月，根据格拉斯哥预后(GOS)评分，恢复良好38例，轻残13例，重残8例。结论 微创软通道血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血，操作简单，创伤小，便于推广。
