摘要：目的 探讨老年人哮喘的临床特点，提高诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的76例老年支气管哮喘患者的临床资料，并分析治疗效果。结果 老年哮喘患者发病年龄大，病程长，易反复、变化大，易并发冠心病、糖尿病、高血压病等疾病，中、重度发作患者易致心功能不全、呼吸衰竭，甚至死亡。结论 老年人支气管哮喘症状复杂，伴发症多，预后差，针对个体实施有针对性的治疗，可有效提高患者的生命质量。
