摘要：目的 总结食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的护理经验。方法 对3例乳糜胸患者加强病情观察及心理护理，保持胸腔引流管的通畅，加强饮食与营养的支持。结果 2例患者保守治疗成功，1例患者经二次手术也顺利康复出院。结论 通过护士密切观察，精心护理，积极配合医生，有效的提高了食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的治愈。
