摘要：目的 分析颈部淋巴结针吸细胞学细胞块镜下特点。方法 经术后组织病理学证实，回顾性总结135例颈部淋巴结针吸细胞学细胞块镜下特点。结果 细胞块显微镜下形态特点与组织学近似，135例针吸细胞学诊断正确率为98.52%(133/135)。结论 颈部淋巴结针吸细胞学诊断准确率较高，尽可能的制备细胞块将对诊断起较大帮助。

    Abstract：Objective Stduy on the characteristics of fine needle aspiration biopsy of cervical lymph nodes. Methods Confirmed by postoperative histopathology， cytology characteristics were retrospectively analyzed by 135 cases of cervical lymph node.
